I had a lovely stay where I enjoyed the comfortable bed and the hot, powerful shower every morning. The spa offered a fantastic sauna and a soothing foot massage that really helped me unwind. The only hiccup was a slight wait for room access, but everything else was spot on! 😊

Yet, the room fell short of expectations. the view was obstructed and the layout was puzzling. Plus, I experienced delays in housekeeping during peak hours.

The staff created an experience that felt seamless, even when I had questions about my plans. I appreciated their help in guiding me around the main attractions, reflecting my enthusiasm for exploration. My love for good food matched perfectly with the culinary offerings here.

The staff were highly professional, making my business stay seamless with their proactive assistance.

The gym was somewhat cramped and some equipment was out of order.

Can just recommend for a quick layover

New hotel, clean hotel with a marvellous rooftop restaurant overlooking the Bosphorus, which made mornings and evenings truly enjoyable without stepping outside. The location is perfect, just a short walk away from the waterfront shopping and gastronomy hub of Karaköy, making it very convenient to get around the city.

For us, it was ideal.

Staying here was a delight, especially with the easy access to the waterfront at Galataport just steps away and the rooftop spot providing amazing views of the Bosphorus that made every evening feel special. it's a great home base for exploring the historical sites like the Suleymaniye Mosque just over 2 km away and the bustling life of Istiklal Street almost 2.5 km from the hotel, perfect for weekend city strolls.

The elegant atmosphere and welcoming lobby set a great tone upon arrival. The Superior King Room with a Bosphorus view was impeccably clean, and the Turkish delights left daily were a lovely touch. Dining at the rooftop restaurant was a highlight, offering stunning views and exceptional local cuisine, complemented by friendly and attentive service from staff like Jeren and Rabia. However, breakfast service needed improvement, and some of the facilities felt slightly dated, which detracted from an otherwise luxurious experience.
